At Olang Canada, we want you to feel confident in your fashion choices; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the footwear is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original designer box and secure them inside a durable shipping container to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
